Are You Happy?

We humans long to be happy, but sometimes when we are we feel we shouldn't be and that stops us being happy.

Or we feel guilty because we're happy and someone else is miserable.

We allow someone or something to destroy our happy mood.

We think we have "no right" to be happy.

So happiness is often a fleeting state of being, not sustainable for long periods of time.

Does it have to be like that?

Of course there's the other side of the coin, when we pretend to BE happy when we're not. We say "I'm fine", when we're very much not fine.

Sounds familiar?

So how about spending 2 days with me exploring what affects your state, and how you can find your own true and sustainable route to happiness?
